Objectives:
The aim of the conference is to bring together
mathematical scientists with interests in conservation laws and kinetic
theory (including the Euler equations, the Navier-Stokes equations,
the Boltzmann equation, and the general hyperbolic-parabolic systems,
etc.), the related numerical analysis and applications to push forward
the research in all of the focused areas.
